Return Policy

At Ruthless Fitness, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, all sales are final except in cases where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please review the policy below carefully.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, email ruthlessfitness.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at ruthlessfitness.store@gmail.com so we can assess the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items, gift cards, or limited edition drops
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, place a new order and follow the return policy (if applicable) for the original purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days after return approval and inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
